Pricing Information
The rent is denominated in Euro per person/place/month and includes 10% VAT. The rent is a contribution to the actual costs and will be newly assessed at the beginning of each academic year. The given prices are for standard rooms in each house, prices may differ for other room types.
The given prices are valid for the academic year 26/27 (09/2026-08/2027). An increase in the subsequent September should be expected. For short term visitors a higher rent might be charged. The tenancy agreement / visitor rental agreement can be terminated in writing and is subject to a two months termination period.
For first occupancy a deposit of EUR 600.- has to be paid. For visitor rental agreements the deposit amounts to two times the service charge. Upon each room change and move-out from the dormitory a special cleaning will be done and invoiced to the resident (currently EUR 90,- can differ for some rooms).
