Prices

The charges for utilization are per person/room/month including 10% VAT and are a contribution to the actual costs and will be set anew at the beginning of every academic year. Eventually, an increase in costs has to be expected from September/October on. For short-term visitor‘s rooms a higher charge for utilization can be stipulated.Students involved in a matrimonial relationship can obtain abatement .The utilization/visitor’s place

contract can be resolved prematurely in a period of notice of two full months. In case of a first-time moving-in an amount of 250€ needs to be deposited, in terms of an a CAUTION. ( variations according to the house are possible.)In case of visitor’s rooms the caution amounts the twofold of the charge of utilization. With each change of room and move out of the dormitory a cleaning flat-rate needs ot be paid.
